Our Literary Focus
Little Droplet Press welcomes authors from across the world for a variety of audiences. We accept submissions for Young Adult, New Adult, and Adult audiences, with a particular fondness for fantasy, romantasy, mystery, and thrillers.
In particular, we are looking for:
Dark, atmospheric tales bound to chill
Enemies-to-lovers characters that will have readers gasping and kicking their feet
Mythologies and legends the world should never forget
Sweet romances that will melt hearts
Debut authors with heart and passion
Originality through stories that must be told, rather than following market trends
Please note, we do not accept submissions with graphic horror, animal abuse, hard sci-fi, or children's picture books.
Submission Process
Please send the following to submissions@littledropletpress.com:
A one-page letter introducing yourself as an author, your book's genre, word count, and a brief summary of your story.
The first two chapters, or the first twenty pages, of your novel in a separate document. Physical samples will not be accepted nor returned.
Please use a standard .doc or .docx file, styled in a clean 12pt font with double spacing. Include your name and book title in the header of your manuscript.
Email your submission to submissions@littledropletpress.com with your name, book title, and genre in the subject line.
Please allow our editorial team 4 to 6 weeks to carefully review your submission. Every droplet matters to us, and we read every single submission we receive.
